Terms of Use

Waverise LLC · 8 September 2026

1. Who we are

These terms govern the paid AI utilities at tools.waverise.org, operated by Waverise LLC (“Waverise”, “we”). By creating an account or paying for a job you agree to these terms.

Questions: info@waverise.org. Product support: support@waverise.org.

2. The service

Waverise Tools runs paid, per-job AI tasks such as speech-to-text and text-to-speech. Nothing on the site is free. A quoted price is shown before you pay. The job runs only after payment is confirmed.

Output is generated by third-party models. Results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unusable. You are responsible for checking the output before you rely on it.

3. Accounts

You may sign in with Google or, if you are in Russia, with Yandex. Keep your account under your control. We may suspend an account that is abused, charged back, or used to break the law.

4. Payment

Prices are quoted in USD. Checkout may convert the amount into the currency of the payment method (for example rubles via YooKassa, or crypto via Heleket).

Payment is for that one job only. It is not a subscription. After the job has started we do not refund because model time and processing cannot be reversed. If a paid job fails on our side, contact support@waverise.org and we will rerun it or refund that invoice.

5. Your content

You must have the right to upload the audio, video, or text you send. Do not upload material that is illegal, that you do not own, or that exploits minors. We may refuse or delete jobs that break this rule.

Files and text are processed to fulfill the paid job and to operate the service. We do not sell your uploads.

6. Acceptable use

You may not probe, overload, or reverse-engineer the service; resell access without a written deal; or use the tools to break the law. We may rate-limit or block traffic that looks automated or abusive.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, Waverise LLC is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damage. Our liability for a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above is the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. The English text is the original; a translation is for convenience.
